Hi
I am trying to implement Oracle GLAS but I got a question while looking into the below document
The question is we have already have the credentials in servicenow for Linux and windows discovery, can any one help me to understand what does it mean for "then create credentials for them on the ServiceNow AI Platform:". do we need to have any other credentials...?
Here are the lines in the above ServiceNow documentation.
Create operating system credentials Verify that you have the following credentials for your operating system, and then create credentials for them on the ServiceNow AI Platform:
- UNIX credentials using SSH. For more information, see SSH credentials.
- Windows credentials using PowerShell/WMI. For more information, see Windows credentials.
Thanks,
Vasu

Hi @Vasu2,
no, it's just in case you miss any credentials/types in your platform to add them to allow ServiceNow Discovery & GLAS to connect to the server, processes, databases etc., based on the shared requirements to collect Oracle GLAS data.
- operating system credentials
- credentials for Oracle Instance
- virtual machine credentials
Best, Dennis
