Software asset management reclamation rules

Hi Folks, i have couple of questions regarding SAM implemementation:
1.In My System i have Microsoft SCCM configured in order to populate ServiceNow CMDB.
2.All required plugins are installed for SAM.

3.I have no data populated in software usage[samp_sw_usage] table and i got to know that with the help of reclamation rule configuration we can populated the data.
4.i have configured a reclamation rule for some software products and even those software products have processed data as well.
5.I got to know that behind the data population in software usage table there is scheduled import is running whose name is "SG-SCCM Software Last Used" and "SG-SCCM SAMP Usage"
6.I got to know that there are 14 scheduled data imports which are utilized in "Service Graph connector for Microfoft SCCM". There is one scheduled import data which act as parent of all other 13 which is "SG-SCCM Computer Identity" once this runs every other scheduled data import will run after that.
7. I have seen that when exeuted "SG-SCCM Computer Identity" ondemand out of 13 scheduled data import 4 didn't executed show in screenshot

8.I would like to know How Software Usage table data is populated in SAM??

Hi @AJAY BIRADAR ,

Very good and brief analysis...

Here is your answer :

The Software Usage [cmdb_sam_sw_usage] table is mainly used to capture details for software where the licensing is not based on software installations. Examples of this are web-based tools (like web meeting software and SaaS solutions) or access based items.

This information is typically available from some management console or would need to be captured in some way that would allow you to populate the Software Usage table. You would then need to select a License type on the Software Counter that counts based on the Software Usage table rather than the Software Installation table.

when SAM Professional is enabled, Discovery will populate the Software Installations table.  In Kingston, the Office 365 Integration was introduced to help customers manage their O365 subscriptions.  This functionality allows customers to not only view Subscriptions Available and Subscriptions Assigned, but also reports if assigned subscriptions are actually in use or not (has the user used the SaaS application).

When the O365 Integration is configured, it will populate data into the Software Subscriptions table to support the functionality described above.

and so on, i hope this helps...
