Hi,
OOB we have entitlement import feature in SAM professional. I have few questions:
1. Where can see its Transform maps, so that I can see which fields are set to coalesce true, scripts, error handling etc
2. Is this import functionality only for insert or update
3. Incase I need to import the entitlements for Oracle database, the 'Database Option' field needs to be filled up. I dont see that field in the import sheet. So whats the use of this feature where all the fields are not used.
Thanks!

Shanks,
1. Entitlement import currently doesn't work off transform maps. This is a road map item.
2. Insert only. An error is reported if import encounters a duplicate record.
3. Importing entitlements for Oracle options is a potential release candidate for Orlando release in Q1 2020.

It's reading like you changed the headers. Did you make any changes to the template itself - aside from populating data?
