Under software installation table, I could see installs that are not resulting in a software model. and Software model do exist for that software. For ex. out of 400 installs only 150 something are normalized and liked to software model others are not. This tells me that the discovered software is not being normalized. Can I normalize all the remaining software installation at once or do I have to do that manually? And how to normalize it? - Thanks

Hi @adewan,
The most common criteria for matching a software installation with your software models are normalized discovery models.
I recommend first checking if the discovery models related to your software product are either "normalized" by the content service or "manually normalized" by you to meet the software model criteria (Publisher, Product, Version, Edition).
If so, verify if there are any differences in the normalization between linked and unlinked software installations. Additionally, include the "Active" column to see if any of the listed installations are marked as "Active = False" due to de-duplication or exclusion from SAM.
