Hello,
I have a problem with the Software Lifecycle Product table, this table has no data, even after running the Scheduled Jobs that should populate it, it remains empty.
I noticed that in the Software Product Lifecycle table there are no GA records, could this contribute to the fact that the Software Lifecycle Report is empty?
If so, how can I generate GA records for software that do not have them?
Thank you.
Regards,
Andrea

check the job and script include has the condition active = true if so then data will not be populated if all your lifecycle records are active false
If all your lifecycle records are active false, You may raise a case with ServiceNow to find out.
mark my answer helpful and accept the solution if it helps you any way

Hi @andrea_m,
could you please check if the content download service for all content DB related data was completed.
Table [samp_job_log] if the content job was completed or failed
- SAM - Central Data Service Download Status
If failed, please share the error msg and/or search for this in the ServiceNow KB.
Best, Dennis

Hi @dreinhardt,
I checked, the Job "SAM - Central Data Service Download Status" was completed on 06/04/2025, now on the Software Product Lifecycle table I see over 1 million records with GA.
If I'm not mistaken, the next step is to generate the records in the Software Lifecycle Reprot table via the Job "SAM - Generate Software Lifecycle Report", trying to run it does not create records in the table, it seems that the Job lasts a few seconds and ends, I attach a screen.
It seems that the Job crashes at startup, because from what I know, when the Job starts the Software Lifecycle Report is emptied and then the records are created, in my case the table is not emptied, nor are the records generated.
Do you have any idea why the records are not generated in the table?
