Hi all
I’m pretty new to SAMpro, i am being told that sampro will only work whereby software has been discovered by a SG integration/service discovery etc…..,
How important is the discovery source to the sam process? If i had software available in the cmdb_sam_sw_install table with a discovery source unknown/blank would the process still work (with maybe a business rule change) or would it just fail.
