We are currently testing the Software Asset Management .
I created a software entitlement and now want to allocate a user to the entitlement.
I am in the user allocation tab. How do I manually create such an allocation? There is no new button or something similar.
Thank you!

Hi @wkrispler,
Hope you are doing well.
Proposed Solution
As a solution, you just need to follow steps mentioned below: -
- Remove the Filter that you applied in the "Filter Condition" under the "User Allocation" Section.
- You will see an option of "Insert a new row" just below the "Assigned to" Column.
- Double Click on this text "Insert a new row" to add the user as a User Allocation in an "Entitlement".
Attaching some snapshots for the reference mentioned below.
