SAM Software (SKU) Library Upload

I am SAM Professional, my client's ServiceNow instance is on-prem and UTAH release and I want to upload Software Library in that instance. Can I upload Software Library (Vancouver) file to my UTAH instance or I should upload the UTAH file only? What impact it will have on the instance if I upload the Software Library Vancouver file?

Hi @karishma17shah

If you follow the version it will be good ! Loading vancouver library in Utha instace may not have any impact but possibaly it may stop you if there is a instace version check before load.

Hi @karishma17shah ,

I wouldn't - the SAM Content Library file sizes are different between Utah and Vancouver. Maybe the file structure isn't the same - just stick with the same file as your instance version.

Please mark as helpful, if this was useful - many thanks.
