Using OOTB plug-ins in Dev instance and SAM licensing

Hi Guys

Just a quick question does anyone know if you plug-in say Microsoft 365 or Entra SS0 into SAM in a DEV instance will this eat up SAMP license allocations in Subscription Management incurring potential cost if going over allocation - also are SAMP allocations specific to each instance or totalled across all instances

Best wishes

Stuart

Hi @Stu2025,

Unfortunately, there is no clear answer to this question, as each customer may have different conditions with ServiceNow – only your Customer Success Manager will be able to give you a final answer.
However, as far as I am aware, only the usage of the PROD instance is counted against the individual subscription units.
