Hi,
I am configuring Visual Studio in Sam Pro and would like to have an install condition that is only applicable for Non Production, so I would like to exclude the environment PR-Production Environment.
According to the attached whitepaper this should be possible:
Please note: the software install condition is configurable and the SAM manager could use any condition applicable to them, as per their requirement. For example, they could use the environment field as a condition.
However, I don't have the option to choose environment in the Software Model
Does anyone know how I can do this?
Thanks in advance

Here's how to do that -
1. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list and select 'show related fields'
2. Click the drop down list again and look for 'installed on => hardware fields (or 'configurationn item fields' for UTAH and later)
3. Click the drop down list again and you should be able to find environment

Amazing! Didn't know you could also 'dot walk' to other fields through that drop down,
Thank you very much!
