Hi
I have created a software model using the below details ;
Product Name - Vision Online
Edition - Plan 2
However, all the software discovery model have been normalized to
Product - Visio
Version - 2016
Edition - Professional
Due to which i might have to end up normalizing the discoveries identified with the product 'Visio - 2016 professional' to Vision Online - Plan 2 to create a match between the subscriptions software model to the entitlement software model.
Could you please tell me if there is any work around.

Update the <Discovery Map> conditions on your Software Model.
Product - Visio
Version - 2016
Edition - Professional
Check that you find matching Discovery Models.
<Run Reconciliation>
You should see a compliance position.

I am able to find the discoveries but would like to know which software model to be mapped on subscription.

Good Day,
I've asked someone from the ServiceNow Content team to weigh in on your question. The reply was a request to have you export and upload here the Discovery Model record. If you are unable to do so, can you at a minimum post the exact contents of the following three fields: discovered publisher, discovered product and discovered version.

Discovered Publisher : Microsoft
Discovered Product : Microsoft Visio Professional 2016 - ja-jp
Discovered Version : 16.0.10827.20138
Normalized product : Visio
Published : Microsoft
Version : 2016
Edition : Professional
All the discoveries and the entitlements are mapped to the software mode 'Microsoft Visio 2016 Professional'. However, when we integrate with O365 it will create a new software model 'Microsoft Visio Online Pland 2' and subscriptions will be mapped to this.
Do I need to manually link to the software model 'Microsoft Visio 2016 Professional' on the subscription table which is mapped to the entitlement or apply the downgrades so that the reconciliation works.
Or do i need to revert the normalisation and change the product name from 'Visio' to 'Visio Online'
