theres a software that is configured for a specific group of users only. Other groups cannot use this software as this may not be compatible with their needs.
we want this cited in the Software Model we created. Where can we enter this? Is it recommended to use the SHort Description field? or is there any other field intended for recording use cases.

@GillianJoyB Put the specific details in the Description field, but use a custom reference field to identify the authorized group and User Criteria on the catalog item to enforce the restriction in practice since, To record that a software model is configured for a specific group of users only, it is not recommended to use the Short Description field as the primary place.
