suppose a software is assigned to user , and the user uninstalls it manually
will the software will be still present in his system ?
will the software record will be deleted in installation table ?
or
even we uninstall the software until its reclaimed from sccm/intune it will be tagged under our name ?

Hi @kiran kumar m1,
as long the uninstall process is managed by a supported process (e.g. software center) the software will be removed from the SCCM and is no longer assigned/detected for your laptop. If you uninstall the software based on add/remove it could be the case the software is still detected, while SCCM itself was never informed about the uninstall process.
Based on your software request and allocation process, could be that the software is still assigned to you from a process view and you‘ve to follow your software removal processes.

Hi @kiran kumar m1 ,
If the software is uninstalled from your laptop, then the next time your laptop is online and the SCCM agent connects from your machine to SCCM servers, it reports only the installed softwares to SCCM db.
So the existing softwares will get updated and if new software is identified, it will create an entry in Software installation table.
For uninstalled software, we do have "Removed Software AI" import schedules which checks only for the active installed softwares and will delete all the other software from Software installation table.
Ideally the uninstalled software from your laptop will be deleted from the Software installation table also in the next SCCM job run.
Let me know if this answered you query and mark the solution as helpful.
Regards,
Prasanna
