Public Holiday for specific ITIL users

Dear Community,
We have two ITIL teams in two different countries and they have different public holidays. How can we add two different holidays to the SLA?

@Community AlumsThank you for replying but my question is a bit different. It is not on how to add a holiday, it is actually adding holidays for two different teams working from two different countries. They don't have the same public holidays.

Hi @Burhan Shah
You can only add one schedule for an SLA.
You can create a separate SLA for each of these teams and have these attached to your record based on the assignment group. This will allow you to configure the separate "Schedule" for each of the SLA definitions.
