The incident tickets are resolved 19days back but still is resolved state does not the closed state.

Hi Everyone,

 

The incident tickets were resolved 19 days ago, but they are still in the resolved state instead of being closed. Can you advise me?

 

Please help me.

In navigation search for "System Properties" and select system.
There's a property "Number of days (integer) after which Resolved incidents are automatically closed. Zero (0) disables this feature."
Is it set to something other than 0? 0, as it says, disables autoclose.

There's also a BR called "incident autoclose" which might have been customized in a way that it doesn't work properly.

If everything else looks good you might also have a before update BR or data policies that prevent the closure.

If only a few, can it be that these have a recent sys_updated_on?
