Use case : When clicking on Create Request from the Interaction form, it should copy the fields from Interaction form into the new Request in service operation workspace.
Explanation : I want to copy the fields from the interaction to the New request whenever we click on create request and auto-populate all the fields that already exist in Interaction form.
I agree with this, it's annoying for my technicians to have to manually enter the data. Both in the Next Experience UI, Agent Workspace and Service Operations Workspace.
