Hello,
I have created a Platform Analytics dashboard in ServiceNow.
When I open the dashboard in the Japanese locale (ja), everything displays correctly.
However, when I switch to the English locale (en), the dashboard appears blank and only shows “Add your first element”.
I checked the table par_dashboard_metadata_cache, and I found that:
The ja entry contains full metadata (Created by = system).
The en entry exists, but it seems to be empty or broken.
I also tried to edit and save the dashboard in English, but it failed with the error:
Your dashboard could not be saved.
🔹Question
Why does the dashboard work fine in Japanese but not in English?
How can I fix or synchronize the English version so that both locales display the same elements?

Refer below article to understand how localization works. If dashboard is created in source language, use localization framework for translation
If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
Thanks,
