Data visualization on Landing page

I have updated file SowIncidentLandingPageUtils. Service Desk Users see the new Data visualization 

But some ITIL user who is not in Service Desk group still see the OOB Data visualization.

Does any one know why and how to make all itil user see the new Data visualization.

@Yanping Guo1  Please check if you have added audience (aka applicabilities) to you custom data visualization screen record. And if any of those audience has user criteria which checks for service desk group ? This seems to be a probable cause.
