Hello community members,
has anyone added "affected Ci" button in service operation workspace on outage table (related list)?
I followed this article , but it didnt work on SOW.
Ideally , it should have been present by the system, but not sure why they havent provided , since in native view it is present.
Please suggest , how to approach this , as i checked few OOB ones as well related to Add but it doesnt work on SOW CORE scope.
