Hide popular Item Catalog in SOW

Hi all,

In the SOW, when I submit a create request from an incident, the catalog opens by default to "Popular Items."
Some users are restricted to only certain catalogs via User Criteria.
The category list is correctly filtered, and they only see the expected catalogs. However, the filter isn't applied to popular items, and they can still view and use these catalogs.
How can we filter the catalogs in the popular items or hide this feature by default?

In the first screenshot try giving table name and sysid of any INC (i have marked it) it will load the page properly and you will be able to see whole page. May be then you'll get an idea of the view

Also i think you need to check the INC record page, because you are creating request from INC right?
