Highlight VIP Users

hi,

 

i am trying to highlight VIP users as purple within incidents (when support grouping field is "VIP") but it does not appear to work? it's configured as shown on screenshot 2.

 

not sure if it has to do with the selected workspace? - here i can only select agent workspace and HR workspace (not SOW?). see screenshot 1.

seems some configuration is missing.

I checked few OOB ones and seems you haven't mapped the highlighted value with the Ux Highlighted Value Configuration i.e. related list UX Highlighted Values Configuration have 1 record there

check this table "sys_ux_m2m_highlighted_value_config" and add record here for your case

issue resolved. looks like this applies a label above the impacted user - which only shows when you save it. thanks ankur.
