How can I change the default number of search results in Agent assist in SOW

When I search in Agent Assist in SOW, only 10 cards are displayed.

I would like to show all the results (at least 20 cards).

The documentation states, 'the default number of search results is 10.'

Is there a way to change this?

Hi, @Pradeep Thipani!

Thank you for your answer!

I already tried that but it's not working :'(

So, I found this record in the table [sys_declarative_action_assignment]

But I still can't find anything about the number of result..

@Joy715 - Then check by raising a HI case with ServiceNow, that's where we usually do the OOB configuring for search results

I was looking in the wrong table condition!
It wasn't the kb_knowledge table haha

After searching again and fixing it, it's working well now.

Thank you so much for your help!
