In the workspace you can click the plus and it presents you with options of a ticket you want to open. I want to remove new change request and new problem. How do I go about doing that?

Navigate to Experiences and search for Service Operations Workspace.

Under Related Lists > UX Page Properties, you will find Chrome Tab. Open Chrome Tab and follow the attached files.

Hi @joshmorris,

You can disable it from System Definition > UI Actions > (New Problem/New Request record)

You should find a Workspace section in it. You can uncheck the Workspace Form Menu.
