any tips on how to add a new global view in service dashboard in SOW?

and either select existing, update and insert it or create a new one:

Hey @NelliEV,

 

I have found the solution for this. 

 

The trick is to create a private view inside the workspace. Then you go to this table noc_user_view to see the view you created.

 

Now you have to remove the User ID and make it empty to ensure this view is visible to all (by default the User ID will be populated with your ID, since you created the view)

 

I read in document somewhere that this might require evt_mgmt_admin role, make sure you have that as well.

Thanks for this solution and yes it works.

Maybe important to know for others. To remove the User ID you have to be in the list view and just double click in the User ID field. In the record itself there is now User ID field.
