How to add filter in the "POP UP" window of the Interaction form

Scenario 1:

When opening an Interaction record and clicking the "Associate Record" UI action, all Incidents are displayed in the pop-up window by default to all users except one group/user(e.g.Abel Tuter)

 

Scenario 2:

When opening an Interaction record and clicking the "Associate Record" UI action, the pop-up window should only display Incidents that are related to the "Opened for" field on the Interaction. The filter should be applied automatically In the pop-up . Filter must be applied when user/group is specific "Abel Tuter"

 

How this can be achieved in Service Operation Workspace View.

it comes from form actions in workspace and you will have to deep dive and see how you can add dynamic filter
