Service Operations Workspace search for Knowledge Articles displaying results inconsistently

When viewing incidents in Service Operations Workspace, and typing KB numbers into the global search bar at the top right, it is not consistently displaying the results the same way. Sometimes it takes me to the specific version (appears like the draft screen, but fields are grayed out and not editable), and other times it takes me to the Permalink version view.

 

Has anyone else seen this before?

Hi! we are facing the same problem and I am yet to find any documentation on where you can configure this. Have you found any solution you could share? 

Unfortunately, nothing yet. I have opened an incident with our own internal support for investigation.
