How to disable Submit button until all items finish loading in Order Guide (Service Portal)?

In Service Portal Order Guide, how can I disable the Submit button until all selected items have fully loaded or are completely picked.

I want to prevent users from submitting the form before the latest item selections are fully processed, if it's not possible, then I need to disable the button for some seconds, so that they will wait to submit

I don't think you can control it.

You can try to use some widget based logic but it would require heavy customizations.
