How to have zero inside Donut for no data in SOW landing page

When there is no data, the donut chart should return zero inside the donut rather than displaying "no data available" or any custom message in SOW landing page.

I have the same setting from the Service Operations Workspace configuration > Landing Page > Donut Configurations

However any changes I make in there are not actually applying.
