ITSM operation workspace - Need to modify Record information in contexual sidebar in change and RITM

We want to mirror "Record information details like caller details, asset details and SLA details and other information" that we have on incident form contextual sidebar to Request's and change requests record information contexual sidebar. currently it is not showing all the details that we have for incident. Please suggest available options for the same.

can you please share more details - you mention contextual sidebar, do you mean SOW or what exactly?

I want to configure same record information for request and change request that we have for incident in SOW. off course here caller fields may be differentiate based on requested for. with detailed steps thank you.

Hi @Swapna Shinde 

 

You can navigate to Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Form Header OR directly open the table sys_aw_form_header.

In there open the record for your table and you can add more field or remove fields in Secondary Values related list.
