Migraition from ITSM Agent Workspace to SOW

Hi Community,
I am going to perform migration from ITSM agent workspace to SOW using Migration Utility by SN
I have some doubts to related to that->
My instance is on Xanadu and SOW is also available there and my Agent workspace is OOB no configurations at all
Do I still need to perform migration, is it necessary?
Any help would be appreciated.

Again, I would try to use the OOTB and see if that is good enough for you - in most cases it would be. So I would not bother with the migration-module (Migrate from ITSM Agent Workspace to SOW ), but would simply install and update Service Operation Workspace and start from there. Then you don't transfer any customizations or stuff like that to the new SOW, but can actually try to keep it clean and just configure what is needed (like lists etc.)
