Modifications in SOW

Hello Community,
Good Day!

While working on a requirement mentioned in the SOW (Service Operation Workspace), I accidentally clicked on the "Close option"  and now it is no longer visible in my view.

Could someone please guide me on how to restore or re-enable it?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
