Questions about implimenting a landing page for a specific group/groups

Hello All,
Our admin team was tasked with helping our Service Desk migrate over from the deprecated Agent workspace module to start using the Service Operations Workspace module. One of the first asks was to be able to send all the specific agents within a group over to a specific dashboard instead of the standard homepage / home.

 

Now per what I am seeing via the Now Documentation , you basically go to Now Experience Framework > Experiences, From the UX Applications list, select Service Operations Workspace. , then For the Admin Panel field, select the i icon. , open the record and then change the landing path.

This would appear to be the way to change this for everyone , how ever I am not seeing a way to filter this or put conditions on this to only impact a specific user group or groups. Is there a better / easier way to accomplish this without creating tech debt for future upgrades?

is that dashboard landingpage already available in OOB SOW?

Yes its a dashboard that one of the team leads created within Service Operations Workspace.

you can create different landing pages for different groups.

So whenever user from group 1 logins, they will see Landing page 1

So whenever user from group 2 logins, they will see Landing page 2
