Need to Show requester Information in CSM/FSM Configurable Information

Hello Team,
In "Service operations Workspace",we have requester Information to show information of "Opened for".

We want same functionality in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. Any help will be appreciated.

it should be available OOB in CSM/FSM Configurable workspace

For CSM it's shown for the contact user who created that case

@Ankur Bawiskar , I need "Requester Information" icon and details for interaction.

In CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, I am not able to see Requester information icon in right hand side and it is visible for interaction record in "Service Operations Workspace". When click on that icon it shows information of opened for.

that's what I mentioned in my 1st response, the OOB CSM workspace shows details for Contact and usually that's the person who has Requested the case for some issue or support.

CSM workspace is all about Cases which are having account and contacts for them

Service Operations Workspace is different than CSM workspace.

@Ankur Bawiskar , For my requirement, I need the requester information icon link for interaction in CSM workspace with same functionality as it is there in Service operations Workspace. I agree with your point but I need to implement this requirement.

It shows like that in  "Service Operations Workspace". the icon I highlighted is not showing for the interaction record in "CSM/FSM Workspace" and I have to implement it in CSM/FSM Workspace.
