"Compose Email" or "Email" button doesn't capture in record activities stream in SOW

we have "Compose Email" button on the incident form. After send email, it doesn't capture the email to the incident activities. 

OOB has "Email" button on the Compose frame on the incident form. After send email, it displays a message: Email sent!. It doesn't capture the email to the incident activities either.

Doesn't anyone know how to capture the email in the incident activities.

In the Filter Acitivity, make sure you have Emails checkboxes checked. If not or if not listed, click configure available fields at the bottom and add those activities to see any email sent or received for that record.

We meet the all the requirements. I think it should work in PRD. It doesn't work on DEV.
