Hello,
When upgrading from Xanadu to Zurich, the usual magnifying glass option has disappeared from reference-type questions used in “Questionnaire” activities within playbooks:
Xanadu (OK):
Zurich (KO)
Does anyone know how to restore the magnifying glass (search) option?
(I have confirmed that the same issue occurs both in our Zurich upgraded instance and in a test PDI)

if you are sure it was working fine earlier and stopped working after upgrade and this is OOTB component, then raise a case with ServiceNow.

Thank you @Ankur Bawiskar:
I followed your advice and opened a case with the vendor. After a few rounds of going over the same information (more than I would have liked, but they were always polite and genuinely trying to help), they confirmed that it’s a bug that appeared a couple of versions ago and is expected to be fixed in the next update.
