Redirect to requested item instead of request status page

Hello everyone,
My client needed the ability to create requested items from incidents, so we abilitated the create request UI action on SOW.
Thing is, every time a request is submitted I get redirected to this page:

But my client would like to get redirected to the requested item page.

Thing is, I can't find this page in the UI builder so I really don't know what to do.
Does anyone have any tips?
