Search Incidents Icon Missing

Hi,

We can see a search icon in the screenshot from the docs, but this is not showing on our page (screenshot 2).

Any ideas?

Hi @Frank Cheung ,

It should come by OOB, have you made made any configurations in global search? Whats your instance version, is it something due to that?

Maybe you can use the other two options which I mentioned above if global search is not configured.

I found the solution for first query, activate workspace module filter on header then you can find search option for SOW as well.

Yes, It was removed in Washington Release it seems, I have checked in my instance
