Hi,
We have recently cloned our instance (PROD to UAT) and did an upgrade to Xanadu. We have noticed that on the SOW dashboard, the Announcement do not have any contents when impersonating an ITIL user.
But on the admin it has contents, any idea how to configure the visibility for itil users? Thank you

Hi,
I ended up raising a HI ticket for this and advised me to update the SOW plugin.
After updating the plugin, itil users were able to see the contents of the Announcement. Thank you.

Hi @Rairai31 ,
Even I faced the similar kind of issue. The reason for not displaying any announcements is there might be no active announcements in the system to display. Create a outage/Major incident with below filter values there announcements might come up.

Hi @Rairai31 ,
Those announcements pull from outages. If you enter cmdb_ci_outage_list.list into the application navigator search, it'll open the list of outages.
there is an Application Navigator module for Entity View Action Mapper (EVAM) > EVAM Definitions. From that list of EVAM Definitions, you can open the record for "SOW - Announcements".
