Service Operations Workspace instead List View???

Greetings Community, 

 

I've heard that ServiceNow plans to phase out the standard list view (e.g., All -> Incident/Problem - All) and encourages us to transition to the "Service Operations Workspace." Can anyone confirm if this is accurate? Frankly, I find it hard to believe that ServiceNow would make such a change. Could someone please verify that this information is not true? In my workplace, there's a preference against using the standard "list view."

As of now ServiceNow didn't made any such announcements and phasing out list view is not in near future. Workspaces is not a replacement for list views, it is just another tool to help agents who work a lot on tickets.

As of now ServiceNow didn't made any such announcements and phasing out list view is not in near future. Workspaces is not a replacement for list views, it is just another tool to help agents who work a lot on tickets.
