sort incident list in SOW by created field

how can i make the incident list on the sow to be sorted as default by the created field?

Hi @ofekg ,

 

Have tried from the sys_ux_list.LIST table? 

 

open the specific UX list , click on add sort field will appear add your appropriated field save
