I have a PDI to test and confirm some proof-of-concepts for a client.
PDI is Zurich to be close to the Client's current version.
I am attempting to create a homepage variant in the SOW experience, which loads a dashboard with some visualisations. I created one dashboard in Global with one viz (also in global) looking up open incidents as a semi-donut.
I create a new variant for /home/ called External Contractors homepage, using the Dashboard template.
Setting the Default Dashboard on the Dashboard component, only loads the ootb IT Agent Dashboard. (See Default Dashboard.png and Workspace.png
This is reflected in the workspace.
So I'm not certain what has gone wrong or what I have missed.
I did attempt to create a new page from scratch and add a dashboard component, but I cannot find it in the list of components.
So I am at a loss on what I can do
I have attempted to change the configuration in the SOW Admin Page with the Landing Page Donut charts Tier 1 options, but this only provides three choices, two are named Overview and that IT Agent Dashboard.
I'd be grateful for assistance.
