SOW lists looks different for admin and itil users, behaviour is different

Hello all, I have an issue on SOW lists after Xanadu Ugrade.

For users with admin role the lists in SOW are shown correctly, but for users with ITIL role the layout is not the same and wrong. See it on attachments.

The behaviour of the list views are for itil users is faulty. The list of records, shown in that list, isn't updated automatically, when I'm come back to a list.

I.E. I'm on the list view of unassinged Incidents, click in an incident, assign it and close the incident view tab. I come back to the list of unassigned incidents. When I'm an admin user, Unassigend Incidents list us updated, When I'm an itil user, list is not automatically updated. 

 

Any idea?

@MarioLandgraf  Could you please confirm if the landing page is same for admin and itil users or does it hold different audiences ?
