SOW Problem Overview – Category/Subcategory Dependency Not Working

I have configured a Category → Subcategory dependency in the dictionary level. for the SOW Problem Overview section. However, the dependency is not working in the SOW Overview UI. The same dependency works perfectly in the Problem Details tab in SOW and also works fine in the native view.
Only in the SOW Problem Overview form the Subcategory shows “No results found,” and the dependency is not applied.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there any additional configuration required for SOW Overview fields to respect choice dependencies?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
Thanks for the quick reply.
It’s working in all views except the Problem SOW Overview.
When I go to Workspace and select ‘Hardware’ as the category, the subcategory shows ‘No results found’. If I then change the category a second time, the subcategories from the previous selection (Hardware) appear.
For example:
First time selecting Hardware in the new Problem form → subcategory shows ‘No results found’
Second time selecting Software → Hardware subcategories appear likewise appearing
Not sure why its happening.I have attached configuration below. please look at it
Thanks,
Mohamed Hazik
