We are having an issue with the "My lists" in Service Operations Workspace.
When a user tries to "Edit Columns" on one of his/hers list by removing or adding any of the fields.
The list does not get updated with those changes. This only happens with older lists.
If they do create a new list user is able to edit those columns.
When I open the list in "sys_ux_my_list", I get the alert "GlideTransaction is not allowed in scoped applications".
Checking the logs this points to the "Duplicate UX My List Record" Business Rule. Which has not been modified.
I've checked with Access Analyzer and the user does have the permissions to edit the list but it doesn't work.

Did they provide any more details on where you implement this workaround?
Thanks, and have a great day!

Mark,
I believe Johan is saying :
1. Go to All > UI Builder
2. Select the Service Operations Workspace from the experiences page
3. From there, in the long list of pages, locate List, which should contain List Bundle SNC and List SNC, with the former having an order lower than the latter and thus being executed first
4. Johan is suggesting that you give List SNC a lower value (80) so that the execution order will be reversed
I haven't tried, but please let me know if it works for you.

They provided me with this screenshot.
However, this workaround was only for use in Xanadu until we upgraded to Yokohama.
Now we are on Yokohama we were able to revert this workaround and returned the setting to the OOTB values and our agents are able to edit their column settings and save the changed settings for future use.
Burt's steps are correct:
1. Go to All > UI Builder
2. Select the Service Operations Workspace from the experiences page
3. From there, in the long list of pages, locate List, which should contain List Bundle SNC and List SNC, with the former having an order lower than the latter and thus being executed first
4. Click Settings to edit the order
