SOW subscription details

Hi everyone

 

I would like to know if it is possible to add a person's mobile number when subscribing to a shift? Currently it only shows the shift and the primary contact. I would like to see the mobile number in Outlook as well.

For ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace (SOW), the shift details synced to Outlook are typically fixed by the Out-of-the-Box (OOB) integration, which defaults to showing only the shift name and the primary contact.

"The following variables are used and applicable in the content for messages, titles, accept and reject instructions:

  • Dynamic Variables: Placeholders like {number} represent field values from the source record. For example, you can reference fields such as {caller_id.user_name} for incidents."
