Hi all,
We have juste upgrade our instance to Yokohama from xanadu, and some colleagues have reported to me that when opening ticket A, the title and description actually displayed the information from ticket B (previously opened).
When closing and reopening ticket A, they find the correct information displayed.
This type of display issue has happened to several colleagues. However, it's not systematic, and I'm unable to reproduce it.
This type of issue can be very impactful if you're not careful and save information from ticket B in ticket A.
Have you ever noticed this type of malfunction? Is it a browser cache issue?

Was this working fine earlier?
Did you recently upgrade instance and plugin?
If you are sure it was working fine earlier and issue started coming after that then raise a case with ServiceNow team.
