To create KFT make the Comment Mandatory in Service Operations Workspace

Hi All,

Can

I have a requirement to make the 'Comment' box mandatory, when we mark the Helpful for an knowledge article as 'NO'.  Currently, it is not mandatory. How can we achieve this?
