Unable to select the list of task in Workspace

Hi All, 

Can anyone help me on below activity - 

I am unable to select the list of records in Workspace to update at once.

Can you please check if you are facing this issue with this particular table records or the other table records as well like incident ?

I doubt that you might not have the required roles/permissions to edit the records that's why the UI action button is not visible to you.

Have you check- by creating variant of Record page in UI builder. As there might be issue with page configuration.

User must have role ->agent_workspace_user

Please check if the "sys_declarative_action_assignment" table record(and associated records) with sys_id "4a9232b273131010a0a79329faf6a732" is not customized.
