I am trying to figure out why the Users are not being redirected to the SOW. I have used my PDI to setup the following scenario.
1. Created a group called SOW Users and granted the role of ITIL (the only role for this group)
2. Added some users to the group, (some with Admin role and most without) *to test different scenarios
3. when to sys_properties.list and found glide.login.home (OOB value is ui_page.do?sys_id=76ecab478345121096bb92b6feaad31e) which I left alone.
4. while still in sys_properties table I looked at glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled and that have a value of true
5. When to user criteria then to ITIL non-admin and added the SOW Users group. Save the record
6. Cleared Cache and Clear All Browser Cache on cache.do
7. Impersonated some users and it just goes to the normal login screen.
Does anyone know of something I might have missed? I want to redirect anyone in the SOW users group (unless they have the admin role) to the SOW workspace.
