Hey All!
Will the ITSM Agent Workspace still be available after Dec 24? I understand it will no longer be supported, but I am just curious if it will be accessible. We are moving to Service Operations WS.
Thank you in advance!

Typically when something is deprecated they do not remove access. They will just no longer support it or provide new features or fixes.
From there KB Article:
Once the application/plugin is deemed "deprecated" by ServiceNow it enters the deprecation state ("Deprecation State") as described above and will no longer be deployed, enhanced, upgraded, improved, or supported. The application/plugin will remain active in the customer's instance during the Deprecation State however, it will be considered custom code and ServiceNow Technical Support Team will no longer be obligated to provide any services for it, including but not limited to the customer or technical support, maintenance patches, and/or bug fixes.
